Having been lucky enough to try both the We Vibe Original and now the We Vibe II, I can safely say that these are brilliant for couples (and individuals) of all sorts. It can be worn as suggested (during penile-vaginal intercourse), but also for hands free fun while out on the town, or while providing oral sex, or used for a mutual masturbation toy. It's a little louder than I wish it was, but otherwise, it is absolutely fabulous and I highly recommend it!
